Sustainability
Border Grill uses organic tortillas, rice and beans. We source antibiotic/hormone-free meats and poultry. Seasonal, locally grown ingredients are used whenever possible. We serve only sustainable seafood and are a member of James Beard Foundation's Smart Catch and the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch Program.
