Alice B. is a unique dining destination from chefs Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken located near downtown Palm Springs. Combining Southern California’s incredible seasonal bounty with vibrant Mediterranean flavors, the culinary vision is a collaborative effort between Feniger, Milliken, and acclaimed Executive Chef Lance Velasquez.
Inspired by the extraordinary life of Alice B. Toklas and her life partner Gertrude Stein, the restaurant establishes a welcoming space where culinary excellence, art, and community converge. The restaurant and bar is tucked inside the lobby of Living Out, a luxury resort-style LGBTQ+ community surrounded by spectacular desert and mountain views.
BBQ Mexicana

Inspired by Mary Sue and Susan’s travels to Mexico, BBQ Mexicana fuses Mexican spice and traditional American barbecue in burritos, bowls, tacos and salads featuring slow smoked brisket, mesquite smoked chicken, pulled pork, and slow smoked tofu in addition to aguas frescas, beers and margaritas.
BBQ Mexicana opened its first location across from Border Grill inside Mandalay Bay in 2018 and has since expanded to locations inside the Las Vegas Ballpark, Allegiant Stadium, and T-Mobile Arena. Most recently, BBQ Mexicana opened at Sunset & Durango in Las Vegas.
Pacha Mamas
Located inside Allegiant Stadium and T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Pacha Mamas serves freshly composed ceviches and seared skewers a la plancha with bold sauces featuring locally grown and organic ingredients, and meats and poultry without any antibiotics or hormones. Menus vary by location.
